Politique d'expédition

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at check out and the cost depends on the size and weight of your order. We send our orders via Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service.

Where possible our packaging is made from 100% recycled paper or plastic.

International orders

We send all our international orders as duty unpaid. If your order is subject to additional import duties and tax, this is at the customers expense.

Note: If you refuse the parcel to avoid paying import Duty and the parcel gets returned to us, we will refund you the cost of the item (if it’s returned in sellable condition) only, not the cost of shipping. Returned parcels will not be resent.

Collect in store

You can choose to collect your order from our Glasgow store by selecting the option during checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect.
