Spaced out, alienated youth get an intergalactic trip this fall!

Outer space might just be an allegory for social “otherness” while alien lifeforms stand-in on crossing borders, pondering, exile, and encounters that probe beyond the familiar. The alien figure epitomizes an archetype often discernible in epic poetry, novels, and books. The pugnacious tension between alienation and integration has always been a paramount matter in our daily living.

Actor Jorge López stars on the cover as our “man who fell to Earth” shot by Michiel Meewis and styled in FW19 Louis Vuitton by Michael Miller. To celebrate the uncanny facets that the human being is compelled to, we’ve dedicated this issue to compile an ample range of visionary heights.

This issue encompasses an extensive range of subjects, spanning from Xenu whistleblower Tony Ortega’s, Aaron Changpo’s futuristic canons of creativity, Christian Stone’s unapologetic designs, Neil Harbisson’s cyborg-edged artistry, to a 101 with dick head alien Robert Maurice. Equally, featuring Spencer Phipps’ ethical practice, Tavares Strachan’s trailblazing rocket science, and finally Walter Van Beirendonck, whose designs further-pin the word ‘lit’ in the brand’s literature.
